Each Pressmaster subscription plan comes with a certain number of AI-generated articles that you can write and publish in your newsroom each month. Depending on the package you choose, you can also purchase additional publications within the same plan to meet your needs. Here's a detailed explanation of the usage limits based on your subscription plan and how to purchase more articles.
How to Monitor Your Usage
Log In to Your Account:
Access your Pressmaster account by logging in with your username and password.
Navigate to Account Settings:
Go to the "Account Settings" section in the top right corner of the dashboard.
Go to Plans & Billing:
Click on the "Plans & Billing" tab to view your current plan and usage details.
Check Available Publications:
Under the "Current Plan" section, you can see the number of AI-generated articles you have used and the remaining articles for the current month.
Purchasing Additional Publications
If you need more publications than your current plan allows, you can easily purchase additional articles within the same plan:
Select Your Plan:
In the "Plans & Billing" section, find your current plan.
Choose Additional Publications:
Click on the dropdown menu to select the number of additional publications you need.
Confirm and Purchase:
Follow the prompts to confirm your selection and complete the purchase. Your account will be updated with the additional articles immediately.
Changing Your Plan
If you find that your current plan does not meet your needs in terms of the number of publications, you can also upgrade or downgrade your plan:
Upgrade Plan:
Select the plan you wish to upgrade to and follow the prompts to confirm the change.
Downgrade Plan:
If you need fewer publications, select a lower-tier plan and follow the prompts to confirm the change.
Review and Confirm:
Make sure to review the details of the new plan, including the cost and features, before confirming the change.
Additional Information
Billing Cycle: Changes to your subscription plan will take effect immediately, and your billing will be adjusted accordingly.
Feature Access: Upgrading or downgrading your plan will adjust the features and services you have access to. Ensure you review the features of each plan to select the one that best meets your needs.
