If you’re new to Pressmaster, welcome. You’re about to unlock an entirely new way of creating authentic, high-quality content at scale—driven by your voice, your ideas, and zero stress.
Here’s how to get started in just a few simple steps:
This is the most important step. To create content that feels like you, Pressmaster needs to understand who you are. That’s where the brand interview comes in.
You can:
Answer a few questions about your mission, audience, and tone.
Paste a link to an article or a short overview.
Or (highly recommended) go all-in with a detailed brand guide.
You don’t have to answer everything. Just be real and share what matters. Once you save it, Pressmaster now knows you—and will use that knowledge across all your content.
Now it’s time to teach Pressmaster how you speak. Click New Brand Voice and:
Paste any piece of content you’ve written.
Or drop a link to something that sounds like you.
Pressmaster will analyze the tone, structure, rhythm—everything. This becomes your signature voice and is used for all future content generation.
Once your brand interview and voice are set, your brand guide is complete.
Next, you want to plug Pressmaster into your ecosystem.
Head to Integrations.
Select the social channels you want to use.
Click Connect and authenticate them. Simple.
This enables Pressmaster to publish directly or schedule posts wherever you already have reach.
If you already have a blog—whether it’s WordPress, Ghost, Wix, Webflow, Blogger, Medium, or even Go High Level—you can sync it.
Just flip the blog switcher on.
Choose your platform.
Connect it in seconds.
Once that’s done, Pressmaster can post directly to your blog too.
Now that everything’s connected, it’s time to unlock Trendmaster—your personal trend engine.
Click Set Preferences.
Choose your industry, region, language, expertise level, and any keywords you care about.
Then hit Start and Apply Preferences.
From there, Pressmaster will surface trending topics in your space, tailored to your voice and brand. It’s your shortcut to relevance.
That’s it. You’re ready.
From here, you can start generating articles, repurposing content, scheduling posts, and morewithout ever losing your voice.
