Are There Any Word Limits for Press Releases?

With Pressmaster, there are no strict word limits on press releases. Unlike many PR wires that charge for additional words, we allow flexibility in length. However, it’s recommended to maintain a healthy length for readability and impact. The average press release contains between 300–600 words. You can submit a longer press release, up to 1600 words, provided it remains clear and relevant.

Can I Cancel My Order Once I’ve Submitted the Press Release?

If you select instant publishing, you cannot cancel your press release as it is distributed immediately. If you have set a release date but need to cancel, simply reach out to us via support@pressmaster.ai.

How Will I Receive My Distribution Report?

You’ll receive a distribution report within 24 hours (Monday – Friday) after your press release is distributed. The report, which will be available in your Pressmaster Dashboard, includes links to where your release has been syndicated on various websites through standard distribution. It also contains links to any guaranteed publishing add-ons that you selected. You will receive an email notification when the report is ready.
