To cancel your trial, you must follow the cancellation flow directly in your account.
Go to Account Settings
Click Billing
Scroll down to the Danger Zone
Click Cancel Subscription
Important: We do not accept cancellations via email, support tickets, or other channels. You must cancel from within your account, as not all team members have access to do it for you.
Pressmaster generally does not offer refunds, as operating costs (e.g. processing fees, affiliate payouts, infrastructure) are incurred with every signup.
Missing a trial deadline is outside our control.
However, we make exceptions in cases where verified critical bugs prevent you from using the product. These are reviewed by our team.

Additionally, to be fair to users, we offer the option to pause your subscription and roll over your credits instead of canceling immediately.
If you’re not actively using Pressmaster, you can pause your subscription for 1 to 3 months without losing your unused credits.
You can resume anytime when it’s a better fit for your schedule or workflow.
Yes! You can create multiple workspaces from your dashboard by clicking Add New Workspace.
Each additional workspace receives a 40% discount.
Note: You can only connect one social media profile per channel in each workspace. Connecting multiple profiles for the same channel in one workspace is not supported.
