Most press releases are published within 24–48 hours. If edits or approvals are needed, it can take 3–5 business days. Watch for support emails in case we request changes.
How do I publish an article?
Connect your blog to Pressmaster or use the built-in newsroom. Articles will publish to your connected destination or your Pressmaster article collection.
How can I regenerate an article I’m not happy with?
You can go back, adjust the settings, and regenerate. We’re actively improving this workflow for more flexibility.
Does Pressmaster offer a white-label solution?
Yes. Visit the pricing page and book a call under the Agency section to get started.
How do I edit a post once it’s been published?
For social posts, edit them directly on the social platform. Republishing is not recommended.
What does “in progress” mean on a press release?
It means the release is under editorial review and being prepared for publication.
Does Pressmaster have AI detectors or plagiarism checkers?
Not yet, but both features are in development. However, Pressmaster is trained to write like a human. Also we never detected plagiarised content.
Why can’t I publish an article to my blog if I selected Marketplace?
If you choose Marketplace as the destination, your article won’t go to your blog. Make sure to set your publishing destination upfront.
How often does Trendmaster update on the Pro Plan?

Can I add links to social media posts?
Yes—but we recommend adding links in the comments instead. Links in posts often reduce reach due to platform algorithms.
Can I publish LinkedIn articles?
No. LinkedIn does not provide an API for publishing articles. You can still publish LinkedIn posts.
Can I edit my Brand Guide?
Yes. Go to Account Settings > Brand Guide to update it anytime.
Why does my Brand Guide say “in progress”?
It means you haven’t completed all the questions. That’s okay—we still use the information you’ve already provided.
Why can’t I connect multiple social accounts to one workspace?
Each workspace supports one profile per platform. To manage multiple brands/accounts, create additional workspaces (you get 40% off each).
Can Pressmaster create books?
Not at this time.
How do I create an external interview link?
Start an article in HQ mode. On the strategy page, approve the setup and click Copy External Interview Link (Pro Plan required).
Can I turn published articles into social posts?
Yes. Either select “New AI Post” and choose your article, or copy/paste the content into the AI box or PinYourThoughts.
What types of posts can I create?
Platform-specific content including:
Long-form LinkedIn posts
Twitter/X threads
Instagram captions
BlueSky threads
All follow best-practice formats.
Is there a length limit for press releases?
No hard limit—but aim for around 1,000 words. Avoid unnecessary filler or repetition.
Can I create thumbnails for social posts?
Not yet. This feature is in development.
How do I manage two brands in Pressmaster?
Create an additional workspace for each brand. You’ll receive a 40% discount on added workspaces.
Can I post to both my personal and company account?
No. One social media account per workspace. Use additional workspaces to manage more.
Can Pressmaster create emails or newsletters?
Not yet. We’re working on this—suggestions are welcome.
Can I embed videos in articles?
Not currently. Video embedding is on our roadmap.
Does Pressmaster offer refunds?
We don’t offer refunds for unused time or missed trials. If critical bugs prevented usage, contact support—we may offer exceptions.

Can I select the sources Trendmaster uses?
Not yet. Pressmaster currently pulls from top-tier news sources globally. Source-level selection is coming.

What’s the PIN limit?
Starter Plan: 15 pins/month
Pro Plan: Unlimited, with fair use limits. Contact support if you hit a cap.
What if I’m stuck in an article interview?
If a question won’t load, enter any text into the last available question and resubmit. It will refresh and allow you to continue.
Does Pressmaster support citations?
Not yet. We recommend double-checking facts via tools like Perplexity. A built-in citation system is on the way.
What happens when I click “Publish Article”?
If your blog is connected, the article is immediately published to your site.
How can I change the tone of an article?
Select the text and use the AI bar to rephrase or adjust the tone.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Account Settings > Billing > Danger Zone and click Cancel or Pause Subscription.
